Stefan works with entrepreneurs and families to shape wealth plans grounded in purpose and built for generations. Acting as a long-term sparring partner and trusted advisor in governance, succession, family dynamics, and mediation, he is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships—often the invisible thread that sustains both family harmony and long-term stewardship.
Stefan holds a doctorate in jurisprudence from the University of Zurich, a Master of Laws from Cornell Law School, and a diploma in Psychosynthesis counselling accredited by the University of Middlesex. He also sat for the Swiss Bar and is a member of STEP. Before co-founding Conduct following his time at Kaiser Partner, he held senior positions at Bär & Karrer, Goldman Sachs, and Rothschild & Co.
Passionate about exploring the art and science of wealth planning, Stefan engages through drawing, writing, and teaching. He is the author of Picturesque Aphorisms, which intertwine personal imagery with the subtleties faced by wealth owners. Stefan is also Co-Founder of PEER, the Post-Exit Entrepreneurs Retreat hosted by INSEAD.
