Nataliia is fascinated by the interplay between the technical and human aspects of wealth planning.
She is passionate about family governance, and the impact this has on inter-generational relationships. Nataliia is particularly enthusiastic about promoting the value of a proactive, hands-on approach to planning, and the benefits of properly established family governance platforms to female entrepreneurs. Through this, she addresses the specific vulnerabilities women face over their lifetime, helping to shape meaningful and fulfilling legacies.
Nataliia works with our clients to develop and implement effective succession and contingency planning solutions. In doing so, she helps protect personal and business assets, creates healthy legacies, and preserves harmonious relationships across the generations.
Before co-founding Conduct, Nataliia worked for almost 15 years in Russia and Switzerland at international wealth advisors and legal institutions – including Kaiser Partner Wealth Advisors, Rothschild Trust Group, PWC, and the family office of a prominent entrepreneur.
Nataliia holds a law degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University, and STEP Diploma in International Trust Management. She is a certified trust and estate practitioner (TEP) and fluent in English and Russian.
