Kadir combines deep operational know-how with technical expertise in regulatory compliance. He focuses on creating clarity and efficiency in complex environments, bringing a sharp eye for process optimisation and a collaborative approach to building scalable frameworks that support day-to-day operations.

He began his career in a Swiss tax practice before joining Sequent Group (formerly Rothschild Trust Group), where he spent 14 years. Starting in Client Services, he gained hands-on experience administering complex trust structures before moving into Operations. There, he built and led the firm’s global regulatory reporting function—working across jurisdictions and departments, managing third-party relationships, and contributing to the development of the firm’s international operations and regional offices.

Kadir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a fully qualified STEP practitioner. Fluent in German and English, he focuses on delivering practical, compliant, and efficient solutions to support operational excellence.
